Real Strategy.
Real Brands.
Real Results.
From fast-scaling restaurant franchises to emerging independents, we help brands evolve visually, strategically and operationally – creating marketing systems that work in the real world. Our process blends brand direction, social strategy, and high-impact content production to drive visibility, engagement and growth. Each project below showcases how we transform identity into momentum – and momentum into measurable results..
Plan Burrito
Social Media Management • Strategy • Brand Overhaul • Content Production
Plan Burrito is one of the UK’s fastest-scaling Tex-Mex restaurant brands, currently operating across fifteen locations nationwide with six more openings scheduled over the next quarter. As the brand prepared to take its next step in national growth, they approached our agency to establish a stronger, more cohesive, and scalable marketing foundation.
The Challenge
Before we partnered, Plan Burrito’s brand identity and marketing systems were fragmented. Each location operated its own social media account, resulting in diluted messaging, inconsistent branding, and split community engagement. Their visual identity also lacked cohesion across store fittings, packaging, signage, and digital presence — limiting their ability to grow as a unified national brand.

Our Approach
Our partnership began with a complete brand overhaul. We re-evaluated every touchpoint – from store fittings and packaging to signage, marketing collateral, tone of voice, and digital presence. Working closely with head office, our graphic design and strategy team rebuilt the brand from the inside out, ensuring the visual experience customers encountered online matched what they experienced in-store.
To address the fragmented digital landscape, we merged every local social account into one streamlined, central platform. This shift:
- strengthened brand recognition
- improved customer communication
- and built the authority required for national visibility.
Engagement, reach, and retention all saw significant growth as a result.
Our ongoing strategy now blends high-impact organic content, influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and localised campaigns designed to drive real footfall. We’ve supported new store openings and seasonal launches – including the Christmas menu campaign, Hellfire Nachos launch, Nuneaton opening, and upcoming Swansea opening – while continuing to systemise their marketing for long-term scalability.

Nuneaton Launch: Strategy-Led Marketing That Delivered Real Results
Launching a new store isn’t just about great branding or slick content, it’s about having a strategic, end-to-end plan that brings everything together seamlessly. And that’s exactly what we delivered for Plan Burrito’s Nuneaton opening.
From day one, we took ownership of the launch journey – crafting a clear strategy, executing every touchpoint, and building unstoppable momentum.
What we executed:
- A complete launch strategy built around the brand’s goals
- Influencer outreach that created conversation before doors even opened
- A creative marketing campaign (yes… the secret one 👀)
- Paid ads designed for impact and visibility
- Flyers, coupons & print materials that converted
- Event build-up & on-the-day support for a flawless launch experience
The outcome?
✨ Queues of people
✨ A packed-out opening day
✨ Returning customers
✨ And a brand presence that hit the ground running
This is what happens when branding, content, and strategy work together intentionally and powerfully.
And the story doesn’t stop at Nuneaton. We’re now leading the launch for Swansea, with five additional store openings already lined up for early 2026.
Don't just take our word for it...
“I would like to wholeheartedly recommend the team at Be Social Marketing for the outstanding support they have provided to Plan Burrito. From the very beginning, they have taken the time to understand our brand, our values, and our goals, and have helped us elevate our marketing presence to the next level.
Their work on our rebrand has been exceptional — fresh, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our identity as a bold and award-winning Tex-Mex franchise.”

Kurb
Kurb is a letting agency in Nottingham, they approached us during a period of brand uncertainty. Their visual identity lacked energy, their feed felt disconnected from the experience customers were having in person, and their content was failing to communicate personality. They wanted a brand that felt alive – they wanted to build their personal brand and show up.
We refreshed their brand aesthetic with bolder colours, refined typography and subtle logo adjustments that sharpened recognition without losing their original identity.
To support this evolution, we designed a custom vehicle wrap which increased brand visibility within their local area and aligned with their refreshed digital presence.
Our content direction for Kurb centred on storytelling. Rather than posting static house photos we built narrative formats that create community interaction, including signature series such as “Local Recommendations” and “Joe’s DIY or Cry.”
Through consistent content days we captured authentic, team-led visuals that now form the backbone of their social presence. The result is a brand that feels alive, confident and recognisable and content performance has reflected that shift.

CONTENT DAY SPOTLIGHT
Our content days are designed to remove the stress of last-minute posting. In a single session, we plan, shoot and capture enough assets to support an entire month of strategic, on-brand content. Clients leave with a tailored bank of raw footage, edited content, story prompts and educational guidance to ensure they can show up consistently with confidence.

Brew Coffee
Brew is a beautifully designed coffee trailer located inside a nursery. After winning our launch competition, we collaborated on a full content day to introduce their brand digitally. The result was their first viral video, a complete month’s worth of edited content, and a library of raw footage to continue building from. This session strengthened brand awareness, showcased personality and gave Brew the clarity needed to maintain momentum online.

Take Five Skin Care
Amy from Take Five Skin Care runs a home-based salon in Leicester, and like so many ambitious solo business owners, she recognised one powerful truth: She couldn’t do it all herself. She was watching what her competitors were doing online, she knew the standard was rising, and she was ready to elevate her brand to match.
So when she reached out, she wasn’t just looking for pretty photos. She wanted strategic, evergreen content that would carry her through the busiest season of the year and fuel her paid ads long after.
And that’s exactly what we created.
Her Challenge:
Amy needed:
- A strong online presence during the busiest season of the year
- Consistent, high-quality content
- A clear plan she didn’t need to think about
- More time back with her family
She wanted to stop scrambling for content and finally feel organised, visible, and confident heading into Christmas.
Our Solution
With one strategy meeting and one content day, we transformed her digital presence for the entire season. Our team delivered:
6 weeks worth of ready-to-post content
A fully planned content calendar
Edited reels optimised for engagement
All raw photo & video content for future use
A full handover document, walking her through exactly how and when to post
Everything was tailored around her brand, her services, and her ideal clients with of course a seasonal strategy built in.
The Result (& Content Sneak Peek):
Amy headed into the festive season completely prepared, visible, and stress-free. No more late-night posting. No more disappearing from her family to “quickly upload something.” Just a clear plan, consistent content, and the space to focus on her clients.
What Amy Had To Say:
“Not only are the team personal, approachable and just so on the real life level they are really knowledgeable and supportive. I had a strategy meeting and then a content day and it has given me so much content for now and the future. We did some content shooting of things I wanted to talk about and they introduced me to some trending ideas too. It’s opened my mind to trying more things on socials and it has allowed me to not only be visible but give me the most valuable thing back – TIME with my family!
I’m excited for the next round of content and my social media is one less thing I have to worry about!”
